Gandhi Jayanti was celebrated at Loreto English Medium School on 2nd October 2023. Students from 5th to 10th standard assembled for the morning assembly.
Program began with the morning prayer .Gandhiji’s portrait was garlanded by the Principal and the teachers .A special speech with Gandhian quotes was delivered by our school Principal Rev Fr Jason. Further he said that as we clean the surroundings its also the duty and responsibility to keep ones heart and mind pure and clean. Later cleaning of the surrounding and the classroom was undertaken by each class along with their teachers.
Mrs Philomena Compeered the ceremony. Mrs Vinitha Dsouza welcomed and later thanked the audience.
