Inauguration and Blessing of New School Building Block

“By wisdom a house is built, and by understanding it is established; by knowledge the rooms are filled with all precious and pleasant riches “.

       It was indeed  a special day for Loreto Educational institutions.  The New School Building Block was Inaugurated and Blessed On 12th January, 2024.  The inaugural ceremony a moment of pride and celebration for the Parishioners, Management, Staff, Students and Parents. 

         The dignitaries Most  Rev. Dr. Aloysius Paul D’Souza Bishop Emirates, Diocese of Mangalore, The Chief Guest V. Rev. Fr. Antony M. Shera, Guests of Honour  V  Rev. Fr. Valerian S. D’Souza Vicar Forane, Bantwal Vicariate, Rev. Fr. Elias D’Souza Parish priest, Paladka Church, Rev. Fr. Francis Crasta Correspondent of our school,  Rev. Fr. Jason Vijay Monis Principal of our school, Sr. Idoline Rodrigues Headmistress of Loreto Aided Kannada Medium School, Mr. Cyprian Dsouza Vice President of parish Pastrol parishad,  Mrs. Shaila Barboza Sacretary of Parish Pastrol Parishad, Mr. Prakash Vas Commissions Co- Oridinator Of  Parish Pastrol Parishad, were escorted to the new school building block by the school band. Bishop Emirates, Diocese of Mangalore Most Rev. Dr. Aloysius Paul Dsouza inaugurated the new school building block by cutting the ribbon. He led the ceremony of blessing through prayer service and later he blessed the new block. The ceremony was commenced with prayer dance by Loreto English Medium  School, Welcome dance by  the students of Loreto Aided Kannada Medium School. Then the Guests and the dignitaries were invited to the dias. The Correspondent Of Loreto Educational institutions welcomed the gathering.  Later there were preliminary events like the lightning of the lamp. 

      The Donors, Vice Presidents, Engineer of the building, Contractor,  Electricians, Carpenter, Painters etc. were honoured by the dignitaries on the dias and also appreciated the hardwork of the construction labourers. 

       On this occasion the school website Lems Loreto. Com was launched by Most. Rev. Dr. Aloysius Paul Dsouza and the dignitaries on the dias, which was created by Our school Principal Rev. Fr. Jason Vijay Monis. 

          Inaugurator Most. Rev. Dr. Aloysius Paul Dsouza in his message said that specially to students, ” Students you should work hard till your dreams come true in your life and be a good citizen of our country”. 

          The inaugural ceremony ended with a grand vote of thanks given by Mr. Cyprian Dsouza vice president of Parish Pastrol parishad. The whole event anchored by Mrs. Anitha Pais and Mrs. Mary Pinto. 

The ceremony banded by the School Anthem and followed by grand lunch to the gathering.
