On 8 August 2024, Loreto English Medium High School celebrated the “Quit India Movement” marking it’s 82nd anniversary. The event aimed to honour the significant contribution of the freedom fighter who participated in this historic movement and to educate students about its importance. The celebration began with a morning assembly attended by teachers and students. Our School Vice Principal Mrs. Anitha Shalini Pais was present on this occasion. Ms. Abigail Rodrigues of Grade X explained briefly about this movement. Thus we winded up the celebration by singing “State Anthem”.
