On 17 September 2024, The students and staff had the privilege of visiting CBE Secretary Dr. Rev. Fr. Praveen leo Lasrado. The event began with a grand welcome where Dr. Rev. Fr. Praveen Leo Lasrado was greeted with enthusiasm and respect by the school band. Following the welcome, an assembly was held at the school auditorium. Our School Correspondent Rev.Fr. Francis Crasta, Our School Principal Rev. Fr.Jason Vijay Monis and Catholic Board of Education Secretary Dr. Rev. Fr. Praveen Leo Lasrado were present on the dias. Ackley Castelino of Grade X welcomed the gathering. Anvika of Grade VIII introduced club activities and Co Curricular activities. CBE Secretary Dr. Rev. Fr. Praveen Leo Lasarado in his inspiring speech reminded the students “You should love and respect your parents for their sacrifice, You should love and respect your teachers for their preparation and dedication, you should love and respect your classmates. When students embrace these values then you will respect your country” and he also said “when you like your teacher, subject will become very easy”. The School Correspondent Rev. Fr. Francis Crasta addressed the gathering, expressing gratitude to Dr. Rev. Fr. Praveen Leo Lasrado for his guidance and support towards the schools endeavour. The assembly concluded with State Song. The event compered by Preeth R.P of Grade VII and expressed gratitude by Sweenia Lasraado of Grade VIII. Later, A staff meeting was held where Dr. Rev. Fr. Leo Lasrado shared valuable instructions with the teachers. He emphasized that teaching is a dignified and respectful profession. He also stressed the importance of Unity among teachers, you should have to be intelligent, work hard for the betterment of the school. Our school Principal Rev. Fr. Jason Vijay Monis welcomed and delivered vote of thanks.
