Annual Day program

Loreto English Medium High School was celebrated Annual Day program on 13/12/2024 with great enthusiasm and grandeur .  The event began with the arrival of the esteemed guests, accompanied by the rhythmic  of the school band.  The program was began with a beautiful prayer dance .Our correspondent  Rev.Fr. Francis Crasta , The Chief guest Rev.Fr. Peter Gonsalves Principal of St. Lawrance  English Medium School Bondel, Mr. Cyprian Dsouza   Vice President of the  Parish Pastoral Council ,  Our school principal Rev.Fr. Jason Vijay Monis , Sr. Idoline Rodrigues  Headmistress of Loreto Aided Kannada Medium Higher Primary School. Our School  Vice Principal Mrs. Anitha Shalini Pais , P.T.A  Vice President Mr. Sachin Noronha Head Boy  Mast. Joshil Prinston Pinto , Head Girl Sanvi Acharya And S.P.L Ananya were honoured the occasion by taking their esteemed places on the dais . Ms. Leora Dsouza of Grade X extended a warm and gracious welcome to the gathering .The ceremonial Lighting of the Lamp symbolized   the spread of knowledge and enlightenment . The Annual Report was presented by  Our School Principal Rev.Fr. Jason Vijay Monis And Headmistress Sr. Idoline highlighted the school achievements , milestones and activities for the academic year . A movement of pride  followed as the awards of excellence were distributed to recognize the hard work and achievements of  S.S.L.C students in academic , sports ,National Spell Bee  and Karate . The Chief Guest Rev.Fr. Peter Gonsalves urged in his massage, “Teach the children the value of money , emphasize time management skills, to help them handle responsibilities and grow into disciplined individuals. Instill the significance  of empathy , kindness and compassion. Nurturing these values to build strong relationships  and caring community . And they may grow as a beacon of excellence, spreading knowledge and values in the westernity of Loreto Bantwal and other places. The program continued with an opportunity to  honour the donors acknowledging their generosity and contribution towards the School development.  Later , Rev.Fr. Fancies Crasta delivered the Presidential Address, “Beautifully compared the school to four strong pillars, emphasizing that only when the four  pillars are firmly established can an educational institution truly progress and flourish. He highlighted the critical role of education in shaping the future of students and urged parents to actively participate in their children’s academic journey. Stressing the importance of value-based education, he emphasized the need to nurture both knowledge and moral principles in students. He also shared his concern about the growing dependence on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and encouraged students to develop and enhance their natural thinking abilities, fostering creativity and critical reasoning .” the event concluded with a  vibrant array of cultural activities , reflecting the creativity and dedication of the students . Finally the vote of thanks was delivered by Ms. Prathiksha expressing gratitude to everyone  who made the event a success . The program  was efficiently and elegantly emceed by the students Mast. Prineeth , Ms. Vaishnavi , Ms. Chinthana and Mast Preeth. The programme was winded up with School Anthem.
