Loreto English Medium High School, CBSE organized a Parents’ Sports Meet on 6th December 2025 at the school ground. The event highlighted the significance of physical activity and teamwork, offering parents a unique opportunity to bond with the school community, showcase their energy, and promote a healthy lifestyle alongside their children.
The inaugural function was graced by Rev. Fr. Francis Crasta, Manager; Rev. Fr. Jason Vijay Monis, Principal; and Mr. Rodney Ivan D’Souza, PTA Vice-President.
The dignitaries lit the ceremonial lamp to formally inaugurate the programme. Parents participated with great enthusiasm, showing high spirits and energy. Over 100 parents took part in various sports events, demonstrating their sportsmanship and zest.
In his address, Rev. Fr. Francis Crasta commended the parents for their active involvement and their continued cooperation in the school’s development. He encouraged them to extend the same support in the future to ensure the holistic growth of the students and the institution.
The event concluded with a prize distribution ceremony, followed by a heartfelt vote of thanks, making it a joyful and memorable celebration for the entire school community. Such events strengthen the bond between parents, teachers, and students, fostering a supportive and collaborative atmosphere.
Mrs. Jayashree, a Mathematics teacher from Grade 9, welcomed the gathering, Mrs. Veena proposed the vote of thanks. Mrs. Clara, served as the event’s compère.
