Welcome to Loretto Central School

The Loreto English Medium High School, a leading Educational Institution in the vicinity of Loretto
Padavu and Bantwal. The Natural aura of the beautiful serene blended with natural arena blended
with its passion to provide the best for the students to learn and explore has truly created a
powerful atmosphere for every child to learn and excel.
The school is under the management of Catholic board of education being Most Rev Dr Peter Paul
Saldanha as the Bishop, Rev Fr Antony Shera as the Secretary and Rev Fr Francis Crasta as the
Manager of the school.
In the year 2010 Loreto English Medium Higher Primary School with 6 th and 7 th standard comprising
of 21 students came into existence. On the very next year the High School section was began and 58
students enrolled for the class 8 th . During the same time the new building construction was taken up
with the help of the donors. The spacious class rooms and basic facilities were provided. As the time
passed the things were added up and now it has come to a position of completing the extended
building.
At Present the Correspondent of the School Rev Fr Francis Crasta has taken up the challenge of
completing the extended building work that was stopped during the Covid time.
This year the LKG UKG sections are newly started and students are happy and peaceful in the
campus. The dedicated teachers are always willing to take up the challenge and to impart the
knowledge.
The school is marching ahead under the leadership of Rev Fr Jason Monis as the Principal of the
School.
